MORE DETAILS: Festival takes place at Kenosha’s harborfront at 54th Street and 6th Avenue.  Vessels will arrive in a “parade of sail” on the afternoon of August 1, lead by Kenosha’s own tall ship – the schooner Red Witch. Ships will be docked in two locations:  along the harbor at 54th Street between Sixth Avenue and First Avenue for the festival and ship tours,  and next door to the Kenosha Yacht Club at 5130 Fourth Avenue on Simmons Island for the sail aways.  Festival admission tickets are good for any one day during the festival. Step aboard the majestic vessels and leave your cares at the dock. Explore the ships from bow to stern. Visit the Wisconsin Coastal Management and NOAA Education Station to hear about water conservation, captain’s stories and more. Enjoy family fun with the Kenosha Public Museum’s hands-on activities in the Pepsi Kids Zone. Live music at the Miller Lite Stage, an art fair, food and beverages all add to the experience — something for everyone.
